Assisting with implementing the digital marketing, client services and communication strategy, electronic branding, and social media strategy

using a range of software and digital communication tools and utilities.

Monitoring the use of such platforms and providing statistics and research reports in clear and concise reports.

 

Digital Media are different platforms such as websites, webcasts, webinars, Video channels, Mobile Applications, social media sites, blogs, podcasts, branded company documents,

e-mail and e-mail signatures.

Digital elements – images, photos, video, documents, voice files, blog posts.

 

Assist in implementation of new and enhancements to digital media platforms as well as the management of all Marketing technology project in approved architecture and technologies.

Implement analytics and monitor of all digital Marketing platforms, campaigns, and initiatives

 

Research and evaluate new digital marketing technology trends and identify new optimisation opportunities.

Testing of the development of the digital platforms as well as configuration of 3rd party digital platforms.

 

Provide input and oversight across all Marketing/digital projects to ensure consistent quality delivery of digital elements and platforms, ROI

Manage the relationship with approved outsourcing partners

 

Assist in the development of digital marketing strategy and manage subsequent projects to support the strategy

 

Uploading of new content and digital elements on the digital platforms as provided by content providers

Removing old content and digital elements as requested or identified

Ensure best possible configuration of digital platforms to ensure optimal reach SEO effective and making use of any tools available to improve their ranking

with search engines, Google ads

Apply data/statistics-based intelligence to business issues and formulate recommendations on optimising the user experience to help drive business outcomes,

digital improvements and data driven decision making

Monitor and report statistics of our digital platforms – volume of traffic, sources of traffic, completed goals, etc in a clear concise report

Digital marketing certifications or Degree Min 5-7 years’ experience working in a high-demand, fast-paced environment where the ability to manage and nurture client relationships is critical to the overall success and growth of the business Strong strong hands-on technical capability, including: Building and maintaining webpages in WordPress Managing and optimising Google Search campaigns Advanced working knowledge of Campaign Monitor Solid technical proficiency across the Microsoft suite
