Sell the organisations existing investment product suite — unit trusts, endowments, retirement annuities, living annuities, and alternative investments —
to individual and high-net-worth clients.
Prospect consistently and aggressively to grow your client base and personal investment portfolio
Meet and exceed strict monthly and quarterly sales targets — this is a performance-driven environment
Conduct needs-based client engagements to match clients to appropriate existing product solutions
Manage and grow your existing book, maintaining strong client relationships to protect and reduce redemptions
Navigate investment-related regulatory requirements including Regulation 28, FSCA, FAIS, and TCF
Leverage the organisations digital platform and product specialist support to maximise productivity
Minimum 5 years' experience as an investment adviser with an active, demonstrable book Minimum R50 million in investments under management Demonstrated monthly commission of R50,000+ for three consecutive months NQF Level 5 financial qualification FAIS compliant — RE5 and/or FSCA-recognised tertiary qualification CFP designation is a strong advantage Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment Strong ability to grow and retain high-net-worth client relationships Drive to build and grow a personal investment portfolio
