Risk Specialist Advisor

A pure sales role and involves selling the organisations existing suite of risk products — not design solutions from scratch. Prospect, advise, close, and grow your portfolio.

 

Sell the organisations existing suite of long-term risk products — life cover, disability, income protection, and critical illness — to individual and business clients

Prospect actively and consistently to grow your client base and personal portfolio

Meet and exceed strict monthly and quarterly sales targets — non-negotiable

Conduct needs-based client engagements to match clients to the right existing product solutions

Manage and service your existing book to protect persistency and reduce lapses

Maintain full compliance with FSCA, FAIS, and TCF regulatory requirements

Leverage the organisations digital platform and product specialist support to maximise sales efficiency

Minimum 5 years' experience as a risk adviser with a proven, active book Demonstrated monthly commission of R50,000+ for three consecutive months Existing annual premium under management of at least R300,000 NQF Level 5 financial qualification FAIS compliant — RE5 and/or FSCA-recognised tertiary qualification CFP designation is a strong advantage Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Entrepreneurial drive and hunger to grow a personal book of business
